Smith—Wilson are wed in double
ring service April 17 in Burleson
The Living Water Church of
Burleson was the setting of the April
17,7:30 p.m., service uniting Brenda
Smith of Burleson and Daryl Wilson
of Burleson, in marriage. PhilGibson
presided over the double ring serv-
ice.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Billy Phillips. "Die groom is
the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne
Wilson.
The bride, given in marnage by
her father, wore a candlelight satip
gown enhanced by a sweetheart neck-
line and pouf sleeves accented with
sequins and pearls. Her hat was
adorned with pearls and lace.
-Matron of honor was Rebecca
Gore. Angela Davis was also a brides-
maid:
The bridal attendents wore rose
taffeta gowns highlighted with face.
Each attendent carried a fan with
pink roses.
Best man was Devin Steinsultz.
Ushers were Jason Steinsultz and
Jeffory Ogle.
The flowergirl was Amber
Jackson. Candlelighter„was Ricky
Jackson. Ring bearer was Jerad White.
The church was decorated with
heart shaped candelabras, enhanced
by flower baskets. Music was pro-
vided by Devin Steinsultz.
The groom's mother wore a two-
piece suit with pink flowers. *
The reception took place at the
Living WaterChurch.Delayna Sand-
ers served at the register.
The bride is a Burleson High
‘ School graduate. The groom is em-
ployed at Stafford Metal Company.
The couple honeymooned at the
Radisson Suites in Arlington.

World Of Babies
Alvin and Rose Jones of Burle-
son, are proud to announce the birth
of their son, Jonathan Alvin Jones, on
Feb. 2, 1992, at 4:49 a.m., Huguley
Hospital. Jonathan weighed in at 7
pounds, 6.8 ounces, and was 20 inches
long.
Jonathan's maternal grandpar-
ents are Mr. and Mrs. Maddle of
Ranger. His paternal grandparents
are Alvin E. Jones of San Angelo,
and Mrs. Arloa Thompson of Dallas.
Also welcoming Jonathan home is
big sister, Angela Jones.

Mark and Dana Ware are proud
to announce the birth of their daugh-
ter, Jessica Lauren Ware, on March
3,1992, at 10:42a.m„ in El Paso. Jes-
sica weighed in at 9 pounds, 1 1/2
ounces, and was 20 inches long.
Jessica's maternal grandparents
are Ronnie and Sharon Price of Burle-
son. Her paternal grandparents are C.
L. and Sue Gunter of Burleson, and
Donald Ware.
Jessica's father will be getting
out of the army in June and the family
plans to move back to Burleson.

and approaching marriage of their daughter Melanie Woodson, to
Darrin J. Bleakley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward J. Bleakley in of
Lutcher, La. The wedding is planned for May 16,1992, at the First United
Methdist Church in Burleson.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Joshua High School and Baylor
University. She is currently employed by the Fort Worth Independent
School District
Her fiance is a graduate of Riverside Academy and Nicholls State
University in Louisiana. He is currently employed by Freed Appliance
Distributors in Dallas.
Gentry—Orr
Lawrence and Vicki Gentry of Burleson announce the engagement
and approaching marriage of their daughter, Shawn Gentry, to Darrell
Orr, son of Charlie and Shirley Orr of Taos, N.M. The wedding is
planned for June 13, 1992, in the Hallmark Baptist Church in Fort
Worth.
The bride-elect is a 1990 graduate of Burleson High School. Her
fiance is a 1981 graduate of Everman High School.

The Burleson Independent
Pee Wee Football Association will
conduct cheerleader signsups at
the Wal-Mart in Burleson, on the

and approaching marriage of their daughter, Stacy Rene Cooper, to
Michael Scott Lundy, Jr., son.of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Scott Lundy of
DeSoto. The wedding is planned for June 20, 1992, in First Baptist
Church at Burleson.
The bride-elect is a 1985 graduate of Joshua High School and
graduated from Baylor University in 1990 with a bachelor's degree in
psychology. She then attended the Univeritiy of Texas Southwestern
Medical Center and received her degree in physical therapy. She is
currently employed at the Baylor Rehabilitation Center in Dallas as a
physical therapist.
Her fiance is a 1985 DeSoto High School graduate and graduated
from Baylor University in 1990 with a bachelor's degree in psychology.
He is currently employed at Haven Psychiatric Hospital as a counselor
for substance abuse.
