diseases which others might
catch from you—diseases like
tuberculosis which spread from
•one person to another.
Every year about 110,000 peo-
ple catch tuberculosis. Many
of them don't know that they
are sick because an early cast
of tuberculosis may not show
any symptoms. But these peo-
ple must be found and treated I
so that .they won't pass the. dis- !
ease on to their families, their |
neighbors or their friends.
There is no special kind of
person who catches tuberculosis.
You may be weak or strong,
rich or poor, old or young, you
