No. 54 of the 43rd Legislature
of the State of Texas and House
Bill No. 115 of the 44th Legisla
eure of the State of Texas, and
as such is subject to the pro-
visions of said House Bills. No
provisions herein are intended
to be in conflict with the pro-
visions of said Acts.

State Highway Commission has
ascertained and set forth in the
proposals the wage rates, for
each craft or type of workman
or mechanic needed to execute
the work on above named pro-
ject, now prevailing in the locali-
ty in which the work is to be per-
formed, and the Contractor shall
pay not less than these wage
rates as shown in the proposal
for each craft or type of laborer,
workman or mechanic employ-
ed on this project^
Legal holiday work shall be
paid for at the regular govern-
