and/or submit written com-
ment. concerning construc-
tion permit applications
No. C-9992 and No.
PSD-TX-679 by Trend Ex-
ploration Limited to con-
struct a gas processing
plant 3.25 miles southwest
of Alba on FM 779 in Pains
County, Texas. The pro-
posed const ruct ion will
emit the following air
contaminants in amounts
significant enough to re-
quire a Prevention of Sig-
nificant Deterioration
(PSD) permit review: sul
fur dioxide. In addition,
the proposed project will
also emit: nitrogen
oxides, condensate vapors,
carbon monoxide, sulfur
trioxide and hydroqen sul-
fide. No other pollutant
emission will result from
this construction.
The Executive Director
of the Texas Air Control
Board (TACB) has deter-
mined that the proposed
construction will not vio-
late any state or federal
air quality regulations
and will not have any sig-
nificant adverse impact on
soils, vegetation or visi-
bility. He, therefore, has
made the preliminary de-
termination to issue these
permits.
The degree of PSD incre-
ment predicted to be con-
sumed by the proposed fa-
cility and other increment
consuming sources in the
area is as follows:
