Mr. Lesher is employed as a
carpenter at the rubber plant.
Well known in Borger, Rollie
has been stationed at Camp Hon-
do for the past two months. He
had transferred from the infantry
into the air corps several months
ago.
Only in last Sunday’s Herald
the “Wings Over Borger” col-
umn carried a story of Lesher
and the rest of the crew parachu-
ting to safety from an altitude of
2,000 feet when their plane devel-
oped motor trouble.
