THE CELINA (TEXAS) RECORD
Mrs. W. R. Hearn, formerly of
Celina, is in Baylor hospital in
Dallas, where she has been a pa-
tient since December. Her condi-
tion is reported critical. Mrs.
Hearn’s home is in McKinney.
Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Calhoun
had as guests over the week-end
a daughter, Mrs. Maeola Foster,
and Mrs. Foster’s daughter, Nor-
ma Grace.
Mrs. O’Dell Bunch of
Bobby Bunch. Mr. and Mrs. M.
home. O’Dell Bunch is in the
hospitol in Lisbon where he
been for about seven weeks. He
suffering from polio, and h:
dition is little improved.

dress is unknown, GREETING:
You are commanded to appear
and answer the plaintiff’s petition
at or before 10 o’clock A. M., of
the first Monday after the expira-
tion of 42 days from the date of
issuance of this Citation, the same
being Monday the 21st day of May,
A. D., 1951, at or before 10 o’clock”
A. M., before the Honorable Dis-
trict Court of Collin County, at
the Court House in McKinney,
Texas.
Said plaintiff’s petition was
filed on the 19th day of March,
1951. The file number of said suit
being No. 21841.
The names of the parties in said
suit are: Marcy Julie Rogers as
Plaintiff, and Johnny Rogers as
defendant.
The nature of said suit being
substantially as follows, to wit:
Plaintiff alleges that she has
resided' in the state of Tex'as, for
twelve months, and in the county
of Collin for six months, prior to
the time of the filing of this suit;
that she and defendant were law-
fully married on the second day of
September, 1947, and separated on
the 4th day of September, 1947.
Plaintiff alleges that there was no
child born to said marriage, and
that plaintiff and defendant have
no community property; Plaintiff
alleges cruel treatment as grounds
for divorce.
If this Citation is not served
within 90 days after the date of
its issuance, it shall be returned
unserved.
Issued this the 3rd day of April,
A. D., 1951.
Given under' my hand and seal
of said Court, St office in McKin-
ney, Texas, this the 3rd day of
April, A. D., 1951.

turned to their home in Sweet-
water Sunday after spending the
week-end with relatives in Celina.
Mrs. Finley came last Wednesday
to be with her mother, Mrs. Cecil
Thomason, who is in a McKinney
hospital following an automobile
accident. Mr. Finley came to Ce-
lina Friday.

of Celina, is visiting her grand-
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Perk-
ins, in Celina, while she recovers
from mumps. Mr. and Mrs. Moore,
whd live on the Chilcote farm, will
soon occupy a new 6-room brick
home. The house is now being
built.

Mrs. J. G. Mann is at the h6me
of her sister, Mrs. H. H. Hudson,
and Mr. Hudson, in Teague, where
she has been for the past ten days
recovering from an attack of pneu-
monia several weeks ago. She is
expected home this week-end.
