.so I would merit your confidence.
I have served you to the best of
my ability and l had your splendid
co-operation, for which 1 am true-
ly thankful. I am now a candidate
for re-election. No man is entitled
to a second term unless he has
earned it. and I honestly believe
that I have earned it. I am not
the type of man who would take
things easy ami let matters tide.
I want to do things and get. them
done.
If re-elected f will continue to
work in close co-operation with
all other peace officers. I will
guard the duties of the office and
will work toward placing the of-
fice in the dignified place it de-
serves. It will be my ambition to
serve honestly and faithfully,
with the knowledge that the of-
fice belongs to you the good
people of Collin County, who are
entitled to the best efforts of their
public servants. Your vote and
your influence will be appreciated
more than words can tell.
Sincerely your friend,
WM. LEWIS BROWN.
