named Glenn, has been found
guilty in District Court here of
rattle theft. He was sentenced to
two years. Glenn was charged
With three other Paris men in con-
nection with an alleged Northeast
Texas cattle rustling ring.

Company, succeeding Lloyd Tal-
ley. Mitchell has been connected

years as auditor, excepting his

ces. His promotion to the mana-
gership comes as the result of
his capable services during these
years.
Following eight years as yard
manager in Sulphur Springs, Tal-
ley is being transferred to the
general offices of the company in
Dallas. Within the near future
Mrs. Talley and family will move
to Dallas to join Mr. Talley in
making their home.
