, Susan K. Pittman, 53, of Splendo-
rs was taken to the Polk County jail
pn charges of felony possession of
marijuana and possession of a con-
trolled substance - cocaine.
, Later in the day, deputies from the
criminal investigations division and
narcotics went to Lake Livingston
Estates IV and V to execute a search
warrant. They recovered a stolen ve-
ihicle, a stolen boat and methamphet-
aimines.
' Nelson Edward Barbee, 32, of
.Livingston was arrested on charges
,of possession of a controlled sub-
stance and felony theft.
Morris Jason Ross, 43 and Jessica
Rowe, 27, both of Livingston were
arrested on charges of unauthorized
use of a motor vehicle and felony
theft.

Two-car crash blocks Church St.
LIVINGSTON - Firefighters were,
Called )o a two-car Critsh on Church
and Beatty Streets Tuesday morning
that trapped an occupant of one of the
vehicles.
Police reports show a 1997 Dodge
Stratus driven by Spencer Alexander
Smith, 17, of Livingston was stopped
at the stop sign oh Beatty Street at 7:02
a.m. Tuesday and then attempted to
enter West Church Street at, I travel
west.
A1998 Doge Caravan dri ven by Ben-
jamin David Boyd, 16, of Livingston,
was eastbound on West Church Street
in the right lane approaching Beatty
Street. According to a witness’s report,
the Stratus pulled into the path of the
Caravan.
Livingston firefighters freed Smith
from the vehicle, and were able to ex-
tricate him via a passenger side door,
according toCpI. Leon Middleton, the
investigating officer.
Smith was cited for displaying an
expired motor vehicle inspectilon and
failure to yeild the right of way at a
stop intersections.
