The Bosque Coifhty National
Guard unit, the Heavy Mortar Com-
pany of the 143rd Infantry Regi-
ment located at Clifton, now has a
total strength of 60 men, and, with
the interest manifested during the

increase to around 70 by the close
of the year, announces Captain
John A. Standefer, commanding of-
ficer of .the unit.
If the unit can increase in size
to 80, there is high hope that ad
armory will be started in 1955 for
the unit here.
