1 Cent A Foot
Per Share
All interested in this section of the country have a common interest with me in the Loving County OIL FIELD
which ha§ been proven bv the TOYAH-BELL WELL.
Like most “first” wildcat wells in an oil field it lias served the purpose of demonstrating the existence of an oil
field and has told its tale of the depth to be drilled, the stratas to be encountered, the condition of the producing
strata, etc., so that the second well should be easily and quickly drilled into a good producer.
It is to the interest of all of us to develop this oil field and I have determined to give my time and effort to
working out this plan which is the best that has been suggested. S 1

VO PROMOTION STOCK-EVERY
CENT GUARANTEED TO GO
INTO DRILLING
Not one cent of this money will be
handled by me and I will pay out; of mv own
pocket every cent of the promotion money.
All T want is a well. I will put into the bank
.money for my shares just like vou do. The
well will be drilled under contract. The
Toy ah-Bell well has shown the contractor just
what to expect so he knows what he can do.
Our success will mean a fortune for each
share holder. One well will do that. Think
of what live acres did at Mexia with a - capital-
ization o: thousands of dollars. H ere you will
have forty acres with only a capital invest-
ment of $45,000.00.
Are you sure to win? I think so. WHY?
Because the Toy ah-Bell has proven the exis-
tenee there of a great oil field. I base, my
opinion upon what I have seen and the opin-
ion of geologists, drillers and practical oil
men. Aro car. t afford to stop or miss this
great opportunity—what if Col. Humphreys had stopped when he
drilled the discovery well at Mexia. It was his second well that
made fortunes and so I am confident it will be with our second well—
My Wheat Guarantee Well. 0
