On the ground, a fire engine is parked with its ladder extended towards the building and two firefighters stand next to a smaller ladder propped against the building. Streams of water spray the building from an unknown source behind the fire engine. There are several advertisement signs on the fence in front of the building. There is a handwritten note along the left border of the photo that reads, "See Over." On the back of the photograph are two stamps and extensive handwritten notes about the fire shown in the photo.
