Notice is hereby given that by virtue
of a certain execution issued out of the
Honorable County Court of Reeves coun-
ty, on the 25th day of October 1012, by
H. N. McKellar, county clerk of said
court, for the sum of two hundred
and thirty-five and 49-100 Dollars and
costs of suit, under a judgment, in favor
of Citizens State Rank of Toyah, in a
certain cause in said Court, No. 314 and
styled Citizens State Rank of Toyah,
vs. Tom Riggs et. al placed in my
hands for service, 1, D. S. Barker, as
Sheriff of Pecos County, Texas, did, on
the 4th day of December 1912, levy on
certain Real Estate, situated in Pecos
County, Texas, described as follows,
to wit: Abstract No. 5608, certificate
or script No. 4732, survey No, 20, and
levied U|»on as the property of Tom
Riggs. And that on the first Tuesday
in January 1913, the same being the 7th
day of said month, at the Court House
door of Pecos C6unty, in the town of
Fort Stockton, Texas, between the
Hours of 10:00 A. M. and 4:00 P. M.
by virtue of Said levy and said execu-
tion, I will sell said above described
Real Estate at public vendue, for cash,
to the highest bidder, as the property
of said Tom Riggs.
And in compliance with the law, I
give this notice by publication, in the
English language, once a week for three
consecutive weeks immediately preced-
ing said day of sale, in The Fort Stock-
ton Pioneer, a newspaper published in
Pecon County.
