More hunters each year are
taking advantage of shooting pre-
serves to get their quail and

the Castroville Hospital last
week. On Oct. 24 a 7 lb. and 11 oz.
baby boy was born to M&M Earn-
est Bippert and on Oct. 25 a lb.

sandies and crappie are being
taken in great numbers in most

Texans are lucky that they can
fish throughout the year. In fact
some of the best crappie and
sand bass fishing is during the
months of December and Janu-
ary. There was a big natural
