What Is Youth s

First Baptist Church

Service Sunday Night
With a large crowd present,
many of whom were public
school students, Pastor Jimmy
Jones delivered a challeng-
ing sermon entitled "What is
Youth’s Biggest Business?” at
the First Baptist Church last
Sunday night.
He spoke dynamically 'and
a high school education now
assured the youth that get-
ting a higher education to
follow, would better prepare
each of them for adulthood.
God’s plan for each life, ac-
cording to 2 Timothy 2:16, is
that they stndy. Ho assured
the youth that the knowledge,
judgment and . discipline re-
ceived during attendance in
our public schools would prove
a great help in each life as
these would be youth's “pre-
cious possessions" which
could never -be taken from
him.
. In addition to the young
people present, s large num-
ber of adults were in at-
tendance and they were hap-
py to have the youth in charge
of the service prior to the m
sage by the pastor. Young
people served as uahera, ac-
companists and song leader for
this service.

scouting for a new home, chose
the Crawford residence. The
bees are located in the wall
near the roof edge of the build-
ing and may be seen going back
and forth during their work-
ing hours. So far we have made
no attempt to get rid of the
bees—they have not bothered
the family so far, and we have
not bothered the honey mak-
ers, Mr. Crawford said.
