He sells trailers, not ciM-i.
A. Because your dealer knows yottt
pulling the trailer he sold you, and h
future car you buy will have the t

the item yourself and replace it with equal quality. Don’t ever
return damaged gear witnout telling the owner. He won’t find out
about it until his next trip when he needs it the most.
Q. How do you store tent and awning poles?
A. Telescoping poles collect water. Break them apart and store
them open end down until you’re sure you’ve gotten rid of all
moisture.
Q. Are pets permitted to campgrounds?
A. Generally yes, if they’re household pets and kept on a leash
or inside a trailer or motor home. That’s true in national parks
and most state parks, although a few states have recently banned
pets in their parks altogether. Private campgrounds vary, but
most permit pets if they’re well-trained, hot noisy and kept under
restraint. Depending on the rigors of the trip, sometimes it 8
kinder to find a way to leave the pets at home. Kinder to the pets,
of course, not to mention neighboring campers.
Q. What needed items do campers most often forget to bring?
A. The list is as endless as there are campers. A few that come
to mind are ice picks, clothes lines and clothes pins, a hatchet for
pounding stakes and splitting kindling, key replacement parts for
trailers, spare mantles for lanterns, extra batteries, toilet paper,
bathing suits, foul weather clothes, sweaters, spare sets of shoes
and - perhaps the most forgotten item of all - a small mirror
for combing hair, shaving, etc.
Q. How do you get rid of odors in ice chests and trailer
refrigerators?
