the petition of A. C. Haley filed in.
said Court on the 12th day of Janu-
ary A. D. 1944, against the said Mrs.
Lucy Haley for suit, said suit being
Numbered 78047-D the nature of
which demand is as follows, to-wit:
Plaintiff shows the court that he has
been a bona fide inhabitant of Dal-
las County, Texas and affidavit has
been made that the whereabouts of
the defendant are unknown. Plain-
tiff and defendant were legally mar-
whereabouts of the defendant are ried on or about May 8, 1915 and
unknown. Plaintiff and defendant
were legally married on or about the
15th day of June, 1920 and contin-
ued to live together until about Oc-
tober 1, 1940 at which time, defen-
dant, without provocation or cause
whatsoever, voluntarily" left and
abandoned the plaintiff with the in-
tention of finally separating and liv-
ing apart from him, and such aban-
donment has endured some three
years. Seven children were born of
this marriage, namely Arnold Teater,
age 15 years; Of fie Martha, aged 10
years; Billie Teater, age 8 years;
Ola Lee Teater, age 5 years, all in
the custody of Plaintiff who has pro-
vided for their maintenance and sup-
port and is able to continue to do so.
Premises considered, Plaintiff prays
that defendant be cited by publica-
tion and tbat upon final bearing
hereof that he be granted a divorce,
custody of minor children, and such
other relief to which he may be en-
titled.
Herein Fail Not, but have you
then and there before said Court this
writ, with your return thereon show-
ing how you have executed the same.

which demand is as follows, to-wit:
Plaintiff shows the court that she
has been a bona fide inhabitant of
Dallas County, Texas for the time re-
quired for filing this suit and affi-
davit has been made that tbe where-
abouts of the defendant are un-
known. Plaintiff and defendant were
legally married on or about. Decem-
ber 4, 1942 and continued to live to-
gether until about March 8, 1943 at
which time they were separated due
to the cruel and outrageous treat-
ment of this plaintiff by the defen-
dant. There were no children born of
this marriage, nor is there any com-
munity property. Premises esnsider-
ed, plaintiff prays that defendant be
cited by publication and upon final
hearing hereof that she be granted
a divorce, that plaintiff’s former
name of Audra Mae Orr be restored,
and such other relief to which she
may be entitled.

with your return thereon showing I

riage. Premises considered, plaintiff
prays defendant be cited by publica-
tion and upon final bearing hereof,
he be granted a divorce and such
other relief to which he may be en-
titled.

tiff prays defendant be cited by pub-
lication and upon final hearing here-
of tbat he be granted an annulment
and such other relief to which he
may be entitled.
