IN STATE LAND AUCTION
The Texas Veterans Land Board will conduct
a sealed bid auction on 357 repossessed
tracts of state land February 23,1988, at 1:00 p.m. in Austin. All
tracts are open to bids from Texas Veterans and 164 tracts are
open to bids from any member of the general public.
These lands are located throughout the state in 108 different
counties and:

gA will be awarded to the highest bidder
G^ the Texas Veterans Land Board will finance the FULL
AMOUNT of winning bids, less 5% down payment, with
a special low-interest rate of 8.75% for Texas Veterans
and 10.25% for the general public.

23,1988. All winners will be notified by mail within one week.
