May, A.D. 1973; and to me directed
and delivered as Sheriff of said
Hidalgo County, I have seized, lev-
ied upon, and will on the first Tues-
day in July, A.D. 1973, the same
being the 3rd day of said month, at
the Court House door of said Hidal-
go County, in the City of Edinburg
between the hours of 10:00 o’clock
A.M. and 4 o’clock P.M. on said
day, proceed to sell for cash to the
highest bidder, provided said bid is
as high as the adjudged value or
the amount of the judgment and
costs as to each particular piece of
property included in this suit, all
right, title and interest of said de-
fendant in and to the following de-
scribed real estate levied upon as
the property of said defendants, the
same lying and being situated in
the County of Hidalgo and State of
Texas, to-wit:
Being all of Lots One (1) and
Two (2), Block Five (5), Villa Vista
Addition No. One (1), to the City of
Weslaco, Hidalgo County, Texas, ac-
cording to a map or plat thereof
now of record in the office of the
County Clerk of Hidalgo County,
Texas, reference to which is made
for all purposes; together with all
improvements situated thereon;
or, upon the written request of
said defendant, a sufficient por-
tion thereof to satisfy said judg-
ment, interest, penalties and
costs; subject, however, to the

ment decree of the 93rd District
Court of Hidalgo County, Texas, by
the Clerk of said Court on the 16th
day of May, A.D. 1973, in a cer-
tain suit No. BB-137, wherein City
of Weslaco and Weslaco Indepen-
dent School District are Plaintiffs,
and the State of Texas and County
of Hidalgo are intervening or im-
pleaded defendant Taxing Units
and Carlos Zuniga is Defendant, in
favor of said plaintiffs and inter-
vening or impleaded defendant tax-
ing units, for the sum of $420.88
applied to the satisfaction thereof, for taxes, interest, penalty and
and the remainder, if any, is to be
applied as the law directs.

right of redemption of the de-
fendant, oar any person having an
Interest therein, to redeem the
said property, or hik/her interest
therein, at any time within two
years from the date of sale in
the manner provided by law, and
subject to any other and further
rights the defendant or anyone
interested therein, may be en-
titled to, under the provisions of
law. This sale is to be made by
me to satisfy the above described
judgment, together with interest,
penalties and costs of suit, and
the proceeds of said sale are to
be applied to the satisfaction
thereof, and the remainder, if
any. is to be applied as the law
directs.
