yesterday from his ranch near
Victoria and will spend a couple
of days in the city. This is the
doctor’s first visit to Refugio
since he moved away and he was
kept busy for some time after

and $1.50. per acre agricultural

the purchase money cash, bal-
ance on 40 years' time at 3 per

four section. Upon receipt of 50
cents will mail a copy of the new
law, a map of the State and a
book given the counties m which
these lands are located, including
those recovered from the rail-
road, and all the laws and forms
used in the sale, purchase and
lease of all the Stale school land;
with full instruction how to buv
