The Mexican Claims Commission
held a brief session yesterday, and
after adopting the foliowiug rul—
and regulations adjourned to ne-
on the first Mouday in Decelltber
next:—

Mexico of July 4, 1858:—
1, All claim* filed with the Com-
mission by the r—peetive govern-
ments shall be entered in duplicate
dockets, one kept bp each of the twn

in thn order in* which thev are
referred. Heparate dockets shall he
subject in the following regulations:
(<V) Proofr in support ef claims
shall be filed with the memorials. No
proof will be received ^ubs»iucutiy
except such as may be r—jxmsivo to

government, unless for special cause
shown and supported by affidavit or
affirmation, according to the law of
the respective eoontries.

such laws to make depositions, hav-
