Additional information: "Letter of transmittal stating that writer is sending the documents giving instructions for collecting "las alcabalas"(tariffs), which include 1 Cedula (permit) the commisional despatch which was sent to the magistrates of the kingdom & to the deputies (diputados) of the township villa). They are to be delivered along with this letter to Jose Martinez Sotomayor, Salvador Gonzales Hidalgo & Nicloas de Campos."
