There will be candy for
the children, the opportunity
to see and talk with Santa, a
big parade with 20 or moot
floats and entriaa, and all the
usual Christmas Party features,
Bill Cooke, Chamber ot Com-

Dixie Cleveland, Chamber
secretary, said that mote than
750 tacks of candy had been
sacked and made ready by the
members of the Rockdale 4-H
Club.
Here is the schedule:
Santa will land in his heli-
copter on the Gaither used c§r
lot. corner Cameron and Green
sticets, at 1:45 p. m. The parade
will start at 2 p. m. Following
the parade Santa will be in his
sleigh at the comer of Cam-
eron and Ackerman streets to
talk with the children. *
The parade will form on San
Gabriel street between East
Da villa and East Camei on Ave.
It will turn right on Cameron
and proceed westward te turn
left on Scarbrough, go south
one block and east on Milam for
two blocks,, turning back north
on Main street and ptoceeding
to Davilla on Main where II
will disband.
All those entering the parade
are asked to phone the Cham-
ber of Commerce to reedftp
their parade number. Judging
by out of town judges will ba
o'- the following basis: Theme
50 points, originality of con-
veying theme 30 points, work-
manship 20 points. Prizes are
$25. $12.50, and IS for first,
second and third places.

Claus, the following schedule
of special workers has been set
up: Starting after parade ends,
Glenn Hodges, Jesse Mathews,
and Harold Love; 3:20, Rudy
Grossman, Fiank Brandon, and
Ed Dillen; 4:30, Pete York,
Ralph Nichols, and Archie
Graham.
