monly known as picketing along the streets or sidewalks in said City.
Section 2.
It shall be unlawful for any person in said City to mlarch along or across
any street, sidewalk or anywhere within the territorial limits of said City,
carrying or displaying any flag or banner with any inscription thereon of
words, sign or mark of any kind tending to hurt or injure any person, firm
or corporation engaged in any lawful business or any such business.
Section 3.
It shall be unlawful for any person in said City at any place within
the corporate limits of said City by words sign or jesture to say or do any-
thing that would tend to hurt or injure a lawful business carried on in said
City by any person, firm or corporation with intent to injure such busi-
ness.
Section 4. *
Any person violating any part or section of this ordinance shall be ad-
judged guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction in the Corporation
Court shall be fined in any sum not exceeding One Hundred Dollars.
Section 5.
If any part of this ordinance shall be declared void for any reason, such
holding shall not effect any other part of said ordinance.
Section 6.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are herein
repealed.

AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF MOTOR BUSSES IN
THE TRANSPORTATION OF PASSENGERS IN THE CITY OF
ABILENE AND FIXING THE PRICES CHARGED FOR SUCH
SERVICE: POVIDING FOR TICKETS AND WHAT SHALL BE
PRINTED OR WRITTEN ON SUCH TICKETS USED BY SAID MOTOR
BUSSES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND FIXING A PENALTY FOR
THE VIOLATION HEREOF; PROVIDING THAT EACH PASSENGER
SHALL BE FURNISHED A TICKET WITH CERTAIN MATTER
PRINTED THEREON AT THE TIME HE PAYS THE FARE FOR
TRANSPORTATION.
Be ijt ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Abilene.

Section 1.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation own-
ing or operating a motor bus within the territorial limits of the City of
Abilene, Texas, charge more than fifty cents per passenger for the trans-
portation of said passenger within a distance of not exceeding sixteen City
blocks, from the point where said passenger shall enter said motor bus to
the point of destination of the passenger up to and including a distance of
sixteen City blocks; provided that if said motor bus is transporting more
than one passenger at the same trip for said distance of sixteen blocks or
