gi<n Post No. 247, from J. W. Puc-
kett, engineer of Division 21 of the
State Highway Department, con-
firming the department’s plans to
erect a traffic signal light at the
intersectim of Rice and St. Mary’s
streets where Highways 281 and 16]
converge in the heart of this city.
Division headquarters advised
that the Austin office had already
taken bids on a large number of
these control lights which are to
be distribted throughout the state
and they will be erected at desig-
nated points immediately on re-
ceipt.
