here was disposed of in the Jus-
tice Court. The matter was
overlooked at the time, but in
justice to the accused, W. T.
Bishop, it should be stated that
sufficient evidence was not pro-
duced to warrant binding Mr.
Bishop over to await the action
of the grand jury, so he was re-
leased.
