L. BRANN, of Hamilton, District Attorney,
CANDIDATE FOR RE-ELECTION, 2nd TERM.
Comanche County gave the a good vote for my first
term; I hope I have conducted the office in such a
way to cause you to give me the time honored custom
of a second term. I believe in our jury system, and
when a jury decides a case, I do not complain. I would
not trade our jury system for any other in the world.

This is an important day for each of us. Although
we set it aside as a day of fun and summer-holiday
enjoyment, let’s not lose sight of the fact that “world
affairs’’ make it a solemn occasion on which we must
rededicate ourselves to living democratically.
