Hillsboro, Texas, June 16.—Individ-
ual contract system being employed,
a concentrated movement to pave the

ing. The city, on account of insuffi-
cient funds in the municipal treasury,
will take care of only the intersec-
tions. The property owners on each
side of the street will pay for one-half
of the' permanent paving.
