Miss Laura Jean Lokey of Dal-
las became the bride of Larry
Joe Greger of Bogata in semi-
formal nuptials Friday at 7:30 p.
m. at the home- of the bride’s
grandmother, Mrs. J. H. Parker
S... Dallas, where the bride’s par
ents were married. The Rev.
Kirby Edwards, minister of the
M unger Place Methodist Church,
officiated during the doub'e-ring
ceremony.
Mr. and Mrs. George L. Lokey
Jr. of Dallas are the parents of
the bride. Tiie bridegroom is the
son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe F. Gre
ger of Bogata.
Miss Becky Foreman of Dallas
was maid of honor and Jimmy
Wright of Bogata was best man.
The bride wa.~ given in marriage
by her father.
For the ceremony, she chose a
white crepe street-length dresc
with bell sieves and a shoulder-
length veil. Her bouquet was of
yellow-centered daisies.
Miss Foreman wore a pale blue
crepe street-length dress with
bead trim and long sleeves. He.'
flowers were daisies.
Arrangments of yellow and
white carnations decorated the
home for the reception which fol-
lowed the ceremony and was giv-
en to honor the newlyweds.
For a wedding trip to New Or-
leans, La., the biide wore an or-
ange knit suit with black acces-
sories. When they return, they
will leside at Waco.
The bride is a graduate of
Bryan Adams High School and
Tyler Junior College. The bride-
groom, a graduate of Riveicrest
High School and Tyler Junior
College, is employed by Texas
Power and Light Co. He is an
electrical engineering student.
