Methodist Church met Nov. 20
In the home of Mrs. Glenn Col-
tharp, with Mrs. Gilbert Gaines

The meeting was presided
over by Mrs. Dillard Peek, co-
t chairman, In the absence of
Mrs. J. L. Wright, chairman.
Minutes of the previous meet-
ing were read by Mrs. Randolph
Osburn.
After a short business
session, the program, entitled
"You Are a Missionary Too,”
was presented by Mrs. Grant
Walker. An Interesting letter
from Jody Carmichael, a mis-
sionary for whom the circle la
named, was read by Mrs. Dub
Rhodes.
The hostesses served re-
freshirfents to one new member
Mrs. E. N. Fuller; tyro visitors,
Mrs. Morris Smith and- Mrs.

KURTZ CIRCLE MEETS
WITH MRS. OKAY
The Barbara Kurts Circle of
the McKensle Memorial Metho-
dist Church met on Tuesday,
November 20 at 2:30 p.m. at the
home of Mra. Roy Gray with
Mrs. B. C. Green as co-hostess.
Mrs. R. R. Hamilton, circle
chairman, opened the meeting
with a prayer. Minutes were
read and reports were given by
each committee. Mrs. Hamilton
read a letter she had received
from Mias Barbara Kurts, mis-
sionary In Mosamblque, Africa,
telling of her work there. After
a brief business session, Mrs.
Charles Day gave an Interest-
ing program on “You are A Mis-
sionary Too!’’ Mrs. Donald Fr-
yer and Mrs. Erble Alkln, Jr.
assisted Mrs. Day with the pro-
gram. Mrs. Hamilton gave the
closing prayer. Delicious re-
freshments were served to the

The groom Is the son of Mrs.
Delbert Chapman and the late
Mr. Chapman.
Miss Betty Slovacek was mat-

was best man. Out of town guests
