The Garrison High School Class of 1941 will celebrate their 75th reunion Class of 1941 extend an invitation to all friends to join them as they renew
on Saturday, April 16,2016, at The Wiley Hotel in Garrison. A social time friendships and remember a special time in their lives. To reserve a meal

ColtonGoeke Wins
All Star MVP
Tenaha was well represented in the 13th annual Azalea All-Star classic
by senior Colton Goeke, April 2nd, in the Wagstaff gymnasium @ Tyler
Junior College. Players from 6A-1A were part of the team from our region.
First, it’s an honor to be selected to play in the game. Second, Colton not
only did well but he put up 22 points helping lead his team, East, to a vic-
tory over West 78-74. He was also named Most Valuable Player (MVP) of
the game. Earlier he earned All-Region and All-State in basketball.
Monise Shofner wins

East Texas Press was proud to present Monise Shofner, of Timpson,
an iPad mini 2 for her entry in the Spring Subscription Drive.The contest
was for the month of March, with “points” (additional entries) earned for
renewing, referring or gifting subscriptions. We would like to welcome our
