Microcomputer Courses Scheduled

Several microcomputer courses are
scheduled to start in February at
Paris Junior College, said June Jones,
director of community services.
Introduction to Computers, Level
I,wilt begin Monday, FEbruary 17 or
Tuesday, February 18, from'« to 9
p.m. Classes will be held for five
weeks and the fee is $50 for the 15

Fennell’s home Tuesday. Willie

were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Casey of

Danny and Diana Eudy visited with
the Ray Earley family in Pine Branch

Adam Eudy who visited over the
weekend. Aaron Eudy was a weekend
visitor of Clay PirUe in Johntown.

Monday visitors of Pauline Hutsor
were her sister, Lucille Kokernot
writing their own programs. Topics
will include FOR-NEXT LOOPS,
string manipulation and arrays. Fee
for the course is $50.
LOTUS 1-2-3 will be taught on Fri-
day and Saturday, March 21 and 22,
for persons interested in learning
about this business software
program.
Teachers may receive a certificate
for advanced academic credit for all
three computer courses.

mailing a check to the PJC Communi-
ty Services Office or going by the of-
fice in the Alford Center.

dent of Red River Haven Nursing

Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Roach of
Paris visited with Pauline Hancock
and Ollie Gill.
Mrs. Buck Ramsey has retired
from the Ft Worth school system and
she and her husband have moved to
the home in Bogata. She was honored
with a luncheon and held open house
in her office in Ft. Worth on her last
day of work.

Celebration
Senior Girl Scout Troop 22 of
Bogata is sponsoring a Sesquicenten-
nial Community Celebration, April 12
from 2 until 4 p.m. at the Bogata
Rodeo Arena. There will be a stew
cook-off, early Texas music, a play,
and demonstrations of early Texas
customs.
Anyone interested in entering the
stew cook-off that has not been con-
tacted, call Alice Ann White at
632-5681.
We encourage the people planning
to be in Bogata for the homecoming
that day to be sure to attend your
hometown Sesquicentennial
Celebration.
