Lee of Fulbright, Friday even-
ing, the Rev. C. H. Hoover, Bap-
tist pastor, performing the dou-
ble-ring ceremony at the home
of the bride’s parents, Mr. and
Mrs. G. W Kidd. The bride, giv-
en in marriage by her father,
wore copen blue crepe with navy
accessories, and carried white
stock.

This is a suit for divorce wherein
plaintiff alleges as grounds for
divorce a course of cruel treat-
ment on the part of defendant
which makes their living to-
gether further insupportable.
Plaintiff prays for decree of
divorce and restoration of her
former name and all other and
further relief to which she may
be entitled.
If this Citation is not served
within 90 days after the date of

Fair Award
Cunningham community won
first place and an award of $50
Saturday night in finals of the
Community Contest at the Lamar
District Fair.
The Cunningham entry was a
blackface skit with Mrs. Fred
Cox and Charles McEwin.
Second place money of $30 was
won by Biardstown. Their entry
was a square dance called by
Vernon Stroup.
Third place award, $20 was
won by a quartet from Maxey
community.

The lawsuit filed by Ted
Tompkins against Mrs. Clara
Hooker and Oscar Leggett (not
Oscar Legate, the groceryman of
Fulbright) was dismissed by
Judge Dalby of the 102nd Dis-
trict, Court, Monday, Sept. 5th,
Oscar Leggett writes this news-
paper.
