The Texas Highway I>epart-
ment has announced two high-
way construction projects for
Red River County.
I One will consist of grading,
extending structures, base and
surfacing of Farm Road 910
beginning at Baker street In
Clarksville and extending 4.9
miles to South Lake. It will
