The Homecoming weekend will include

A review committee formed to review
the Freshmen Follies presentation
"Simple Splendor" viewed performances
by the chorus Sunday night and Individual
acts Monday night said Darre Cox Follies
coordinator
The committee was chosen to serve in an
advisory capacity not as a censorship
organ he said. "We are there to make
suggestions If any are needed" said Dr.
Bea Speck committee member and
professor of history.

"The studnts were orderly and
cooperative" she said. "I think It will be a
good program. The enthusiasm as only
freshmen can have shines through."

A large production like Follies is a lot of
responsibility for one man. said Tinkler.
He said the committee's job was to assist
Cox in an advisory capacity If necessary.
Cox said the presentation was coming
together very well in the last stages.

centrated on combining the chorus in-
dividual acts lighting set instruction
sound and band Into one big production he
sold

from Dallas Cox said.
About GO to 70 tuxedos and four dozen top
hats were scheduled to come In this week
Ingroupsof 20sand30s he said.
Tennis shoes for wearing with the
tuxedos were also ordered and red cum-
berbands and bow ties were handmade for
the production Cox said.
