installation ceremony for new offi-
cers. As she spoke of the duties and
responsibilities of various officers,
the class name was outlined in a
floral pattern on a white plaque as
the officers attached flowers to the

plaque presented a lessor, in the
value of cooperation, Mrs. Gambill
pointed out.

punch. Sweet peas were used for
decorativejiotes about the home.
The couple left for- a honey-
moon trip to San Antonio and
Kerrville. The bride wore for
travel a herringbone English shirt-
maker suit oi brown, with olive
green hat and coat. Other acces-
sories were of alligator. Her cor-
sage was a white orchid from her
bridal bouquet.

Staff Sgt. Lieb graduated from

Houston Commercial College. He
is stationed at Camp Hulen, with

The T. E. L. Class held ,a
supper at the First Baptist Churfch
Tuesday night. The meal was serv-
ed at a U-shaped table decorated
in white flowers.
Following the supper, Mrs. W. T.

The wedding was solemized at
the St. Paul’s Methodist Church,
Houston.
Dr. Dawson C. Brandt read the
double ring ceremony. White glad-
ioli, nnd stephanotis in the altar
baskets and pedestal baskets of
white gladioli and stephanotis
adorned the chancel which was
candlelighted. Streamers of wfiite
satin led from the altar To Ilia,
chancel rail. Large white satin
bow* marked the pews.
J. M. Hart, organist, gave a pre-
lude of prenuptial selections, play-
ed the traditional wedding march
and during the qsvemony played
