very ill, but is now improving.

Seagraves attended church at
Loop Sundap afternoon.
Mrs. J. I. McColJough and son
] B. made a trip to Brownfield
Tuesday. They report that there
had been a big rain and hail be-
tween Lahey and Brownfield last
Monday, lots of hail stil' lying in
drifts when they passed that way.

visited Mrs. Hefner’s father and
mother near Levelland last Fri-
day returning Sunday
Rev. Herman Coe failed to fill

night, he and Mrs. Coe having
