EARLY MATRIMONY!
A very chic young wom-
an walked into a furniture
store and sought out one of
its decorators. She wanted
advice on how to augment
her present furnishings.
“What,” asked the deco-
rator, “is. the niotif—mod-
ern, oriental, provincial,
early American?”
“Well,” was the frank
reply, “we were married
only recently,, so the style
of our furniture is sort of
early Matrimony—some of
his mother’s and some of
my mother’s.”
