This demonstration will be held in observance of
Soil Conservation Week, May 3-9, 1953 as proclaimed
- by Governor Shivers, in cooperation with the Bastrop-
Fayette Soil Conservation District.
Mr. A. C. Spencer, Held Planning Engineer of the
State Soil Conservation Board, representatives of
several large companies, and local District Supervisors
will be present to greet the public.
This program will present a demonstration and
preview of some of the new equipment that is available
to farmers and ranchers that will enable them to speed
up the application of conservation practices.
Lunch will be served by the Muldoon Horhe Demon-
stration Club at a nominal fee.
