Rev. Carl Baer will commit to
Mother earth the remains of Ernst
C. F. Burmeister, who died Tuesday
morning, at the Rutersville cemetery,
Thursday morning; at ten o’clock.
The death of Mr, Burmeister marks
the paseing of tha last of the origi-
nal family that located in this sec-
tion. There are six daughters of the
deceased living, the son, died, in in-
fant.
Mr. Burmeiater was born in LJch-
tenberg, Mecklenburg, Germany, May
2, 1853, and on October 27, 1879 in
the town of Lichtenberg, he became
. the husband of Miss Johanna Wolff,
Bell two years later they emigrated to
America. The wife died October 25,
1896.
The living children ate: Mrs. Fre-
da. J ander and Mias Minnie Burmeis-
ter, Enid, Oklahoma; Mrs. Louise
Burmeiater, Pasadena, Cal.,
