Austin, in which Parrot appeals to Austin to follow up on a petition made to the Vice Governor of Coahuila y Tejas that would allow him to make changes to a land grant awarded to a man, Mr. Ross, who has died. Parrott holds the power of attorney for the widow. A handwritten note on the second page of the resource indicates that Stephen F. Austin answered the letter from Parrott on February 27. 1831
