Also on same page, the beginning of another letter to Castro, written 1844/12/13. Page 203, verso, of letter book. Continuation of letter from [Ferdinand Louis Huth] to [Henri] Castro explaining troubles with hired help and relating that the wagons carrying bacon and meal finally arrived after he had to hire someone else to transport the goods. Huth also states that he received a letter from Dreher, who was feared dead, and that he will be returning. Pages 203 (recto), 204, and 205 (recto) of letter book.

At the end is a short letter from August [Huth] to [Ferdinand] Louis [Huth] regarding two boxes of wicker and that Maas has gotten married.
