[Report to Chief J. E. Curry by W. R. Westbrook, concerning visitors of Jack Ruby]

Description: Report to Chief J. E. Curry by W. R. Westbrook, regarding two Traffic Officers who were on the visiting list of Jack Ruby. Westbrook states that Officer T. M. Hanson and Officer W. E. Barnett were questioned as to why their names were on the list, and they expressed surprise. The Officers stated they were well acquainted with Ruby, but not more so than other businessmen around the area.
