charged an additional $225.00 per semester.
~ Dormitory students are required to have meals in the University dining facility and are to choose
one of the above plans. Students not living in the dormitory may contact the Business Manager for
a meal card.REFUND POLICY
Registration with the University is considered
a contract binding students and
their parents for charges for the entire
semester. No refunds will be made on
individual courses dropped after the
closing date of official registration each
semester. In case of error or change of
schedule, the student must present an
application for correction of account. This
application must be approved by the
respective offices involved.
A student who desires to withdraw from
the University must obtain the proper
forms from the Office of the Vice President
for Admissions and Financial Aid.
Failure to attend class will not be
regarded as an official withdrawal.
After the required procedure for official
withdrawal has been completed, computation of any balance to be paid or any
refund due will be made in accordance
with the following schedule:
For tuition only:
Regular Sessions:
During first week ...............90%
During second week ............80%
During third week ............... 60%
During fourth week .............40%
During fifth week ...............20%
After fifth week ................ None
Summer Sessions:
During first week ...............90%
During second week ............40%
After second week ............. None
For room and board, students will
receive a prorated refund from the first of
the following week if an approved withdrawal
is submitted.
