EXPENSES
The LIBRARY FEE of $5.00 is required annually il advance
of literary students only. New books are added to
the library every year. The best magazines and periodicals
are provided; also reference books in the various departments
to avoid the necessity of individual purchase.
A LABORATORY FEE of $10.00 per year is required for
each course in Physics or Chemistry.
A DII LOMA FEE of $5.00 is required of graduates in any
department of the college.
To reserve a room in the girl's dormitory, a deposit of
$5.00 is required, which is retained as a deposit for damages
until the close of the session in June, when such part as
has not been consumed by specific and unassignable d'amages
will be returned. The college has only limited dormitory
space and reserves rooms only for the entire session.
The above deposit is required to prevent insincere
persons from selecting, without any intention of coming,
the best rooms which others might desire. Rooms are
assigned strictly in order of paid engagements. There
is no difference in price. Those reserving rooms early
have first choice.
Return of Fees
No part of a student's fees is returnable on account ofwithdrawal
unless the reasons for such withdrawal are
unavoidable and Providential. when one-half of the tuition
fees only, and all board, pro rata, for the time lost, will be
returned. When a student is dismissed from the college or
is required to withdraw, no refund is allowed. No refund
is allowed for loss of time less than one month, for any
reason.
Board
The board quoted below, in the girls' dormitory, includes
a splendidly furnished room, fuel and lights, but not laundry.
Each room has running water. There are bath and
toilet rooms, with hot and cold water, on each floor. The
building, including halls, is heated by steam and lighted by
electricity.
Each young lady boarding in this building must provide
herself with towels, table napkins and ring, pillow
cases, two pairs of single sheets, bed spreads, blankets, an
umbiella, a gossamer and a pair of rubber shoes, all plainly
marked with her name and initials.
