that for the first time in many

FUNNIEST SIGHT OF THE

night's busketball game. Seems the
editor George Gray Jr. Esq.
couldn't got unyone to cover the

Ophelia "Wings" Tho mason
chumped the second time in the
week (tho first being when she

keep the record of the battle. Any
discrepancies found in the "Brown-

tact that "Mac" Boswell's (sport
editor of tho daily) attention was
sidetracked accideutly of course

Billies Lose
To ACC
Thursday night at the DBC gym
before the largest crowd the old
gym has seen In a long time the
Billies dropped their second game
to the ACC Wildcats. Taking the
lead at the first of the game the
Wildcats were really threatened
only once when the Billies drop-
ped a field goal through the net
for a 12-12 tie. Barring this how-
over the Wildcats held the lead
throughout the game.
Playing at a killing pace fouls
on the Billies were numerous un-
til Flaxle and Row were fouled
out. Ward was playing a careful
yet fast game during the greater
part of the last half with three
fouls chalked up against him.
Lacking yet the polished game
of tho veterans Coach Stevens'
cagers havo shown Improvement
and qualities fitting to a top flight
team.
