Mrs. Skaggs died about two years
ago, it was reported.
A graduate of Martin, Ky., High
School, the new pastor received
college and seminary training at
Western Kentucky Bible School. He
also received further college work
at Russellville, Ky., and Bowling
Green College. He was pastor of
the Paducah, Ky., for six years
before going to McKinney.
