seen on Denver. Oklahoma and Kan-
sas tracks this summer, Berry Ketch-
em and Ed Russell having announced
their intention of shipping five
horses t6 Denver about May 15; A
2« days racing meet at Denver opens

Task Master, Duchess of MontXhclla,
High Culture and Kd Rotan, will be
in charge of A. C Russell, a brother
of one of the owners, who after the
close of the Denver meet, will take
the string to Oklahoma City and
Tulsa, and then on to the Kausas
Fair circuit

last winter; Task Master won flvs
and High Culture made a creditable
showing.
J. F. Newman of Sweetwater, who
owns I'ncle Ben. Closer and Callsse,
three high class horses, has shipped
them to Louisville. Ky Mr. Russell
was in Sweetwater. Sunday, and saw
the shipment
