Army Reserves To
Meet June 7th.
The Paducah Army Reserve
unit will meet for a training
period on June 7th at 7:45 in
the reserve room in the Court-
house basement. M/Sgt. Bryan
Handley and Cpl. Troy Wilson
will be the instructors for the
training period.
Reserve Headquarters in Lub-
bock notified the detachment
commander in Paducah that the
weekend training scheduled for
May 28 has been postponed to
June 18th. All members of the
local reserve until will meet
in Paducah for a full day of
training for which they will
receive full pay and allowances.
TO RECEIVE DEGREE
IN PHARMACY
Wyman D. Osburne, son of
Mrs. Kate B. McKnight, former
residents of Paducah, now re-
siding at 1802 Grace Street,
Wichita Falls, Texas, will re-
ceive his Degree in Pharmacy
from the University of Texas
at Commencement Exercises be-
ing held Saturday evening,
June 3rd.

from Baylor University, at com-
mencement exercises held Sun-
