the plaintiff MARQUITA JEAN
HINTON, in Cause No. 2416, in
which MARQUITA JEAN HIN-
TON plaintiff, and GEORGE
RILEY HINTON, defendant, is
filed in said Court on the 13th
day of Sept. 1950, and the nature
of said suit is as follows: A suit
for divorce and custody of their
minor child and $20 per month
maintenance from said defend-
ant for the support of said minor
child; said allegations for
grounds for divorce in said peti-
tion are acts of mental cruelty.
